You can use the online calendar to reserve the room that fits your needs or contact us and we will be happy to help make arrangements.
Get access to the room?
Each room is secured with a lock and keypad. We send you an email with your code for you and your guests to access the room at the time of your reservation.
What is included in the rooms?
Each of the rooms at My ByWard Office come equipped but if there is something missing just ask and we will be happy to assist with your request.
What see you a space first?
Want to see some spaces in person first? Contact us and we will be happy to schedule a time when we can show you the rooms.
What about meal & catering?
The rooms come with complimentary coffee and tea. You can bring something in to eat and for groups greater than 8 catering can be arranged.
